Huey's is a Savannah institution. We partnered with them to give participants access to classic, traditional Southern cuisine — the kind of food that's inseparable from this city's history and culture. Their food trucks operate at Orleans Square as the centerpiece of the final destination.

Savannah is an ever-growing city, and its Korean population is rising. We partnered with Bewon Korean BBQ — a local Korean business — who provided recipes and cultural context to serve authentic Korean street food alongside the Southern menu. The food reflects the city as it actually is, not just as it's remembered.
